Tastee Gourmet was established in 2004 by Mr. Lee and a group professional food and beverages caterers. With many years of experience in the field and after he graduated from Toronto in culinary art and management, he dedicated stay in Hong Kong to create a career in the food and beverage industry. He started his own path in 1997, establishing Gourmet International catering services with his partners and until his own company Tastee Gourmet Asian Company. Mr. Lee has over 30 years of culinary experience both in Chinese and Western cuisine, plus a background with food manufacturing with his family. He has high standards and understands both in culinary requirements as well as the vision in “fusion cuisine”.
